We have various roles available, from bank staff & trainees all the way up to Management, in a variety of locations, with nurseries in our Beckenham, Catford, Greenwich, Lee, Orpington, Shirley and Sydenham.

We employ only experienced and qualified nursery staff, all of whom undergo a rigorous induction programme and regular appraisals. Each member of our team is given a personal career development plan, with training provided through our in-house academy.
Little Elms operate a safer recruitment policy, all candidates will be asked for photo ID, will have a face to face interview, fully enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory references.
